研究领域：宪法、行政法及财政税收的宪政与行政法治研究。在国家级及省市级学术期刊上发表论文70余篇，出版著作主编或参编教材十多部。已经或正在主持或参与国家级研究课题及省部级课题8项。一些科研成果已经在学术界产生了一定影响，多篇论文获奖。

Professor Wang Shitao
Wang Shitao is professor of Dalian Maritime University, supervisor of doctoral candidate，director of basic law department at Dalian Maritime University, vice-chairman of constitutional and administrative law society of Liaoning province, director of center of maritime administrative law, visiting professor of Minzu University of China and Jinan University, senior consultant of Beijing TopBestLaw Office. He holds a PH.D degree in constitutional and administrative law and postdoctoral project on financial constitution from Renmin University of China.
Wang Shitao’s expertise includes constitution law, administration law, financial taxation in view of constitutional and administrative law. He is candidate of 5th China Top10 Youth Legist, member of Think Tank of Liaoning province, excellent teacher of Liaoning province.
Professor Wang is in charge of 8 national and provincial academic research projects. He has published many books and theses, which have a deep influence.
